Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Keystone Voice's trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features without our prior written permission.
Certain features of our Services may be subject to fees. Where applicable, pricing is as stated on our website or communicated directly at the time of engagement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time upon reasonable notice.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KEYSTONEVOICE.CO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KeystoneVoice.co and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@keystonevoice.co. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Escambia County, Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice in the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and KeystoneVoice.co regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
